TotalEnergies Lubrifiants is proud to be extending its partnership with the European Association of Peugeot Car Dealers (AECP) for the next five years, through the end of 2026.

The AECP, which brings together dealers from eleven European countries, works hand in hand with Peugeot and Stellantis Group to establish professional guidelines for automotive retailing and ensure close collaboration between the brand and its network.

TotalEnergies has been a partner to Peugeot for more than 25 years, particularly through its exclusive recommendation of TotalEnergies products in the dealer network. This new agreement strengthens the long-standing ties and mutual trust that exist between TotalEnergies and Peugeot’s networks of car dealerships in Europe.  It ensures that those Peugeot networks will enjoy the benefit of TotalEnergies’ comprehensive, multi-energy offering and tailored mobility solutions.

“This five-year renewal of the agreements between the AECP and TotalEnergies is a real mark of our mutual trust. The automotive industry – automakers and distributors alike – is facing new environmental challenges, while energy providers are having to tackle those issues as well. New European Union regulations on CO2 emissions and decarbonizing the industry are spurring more and more innovation on a daily basis. So we will continue to work closely together on getting Peugeot’s European network equipped with charging infrastructure as well as mobility solutions.” says André Figueiredo, President of AECP.

Adds Jean Parizot, Vice-President Automotive at TotalEnergies Lubrifiants: “It’s clear that the automotive industry is in the midst of a major transformation. We’re facing new demands as a result of low-emission vehicles and stringent regulations on CO2 emissions. We need to provide the market with high-performance, environmentally friendly lubricants. It’s our responsibility to provide our partners with our full expertise and skills, so that we can also offer effective, innovative solutions when it comes to new forms of transportation. We’re delighted to be continuing our adventure alongside the AECP to support European dealers in the Peugeot network.”
