OCTANE BOOSTER GASOLINE is a ‘ready-for-use’ organo-metallic combustion improver typically recommended for increasing the octane number of unleaded gasoline.

OCTANE BOOSTER GASOLINE provides the following benefits :
▪ Increases octane number of about +0,6pt MON and +0,9pt RON respectively.
▪ Lowers the occurrence of knocking phenomenon.

OCTANE BOOSTER GASOLINE benefits have been evaluated on engine bench tests and vehicle road tests.

OCTANE BOOSTER GASOLINE is a well-established technology that has been implemented for several years on the marketplace. It can be considered at the refinery stage or for aftermarket use.

OCTANE BOOSTER GASOLINE does not modify others fuel characteristics and has no negative side-effects at recommended dosage. OCTANE BOOSTER GASOLINE can be used with any unleaded fuel (with or without oxygen compounds like E10) and any type of car (with or without catalytic converter).

OCTANE BOOSTER GASOLINE can be used in association with other TotalEnergies multifunctional gasoline treatments such as INJECTION SYSTEM CLEANER GASOLINE or INJECTION SYSTEM XTREM CLEANER GASOLINE.

OCTANE BOOSTER GASOLINE can be stored and handled from -25°C to +50°C. Stainless steel, PET or Teflon® coating can be used as preferred materials to make storage capacities and injection systems. The use of rubber (either natural or synthetic) and of polystyrene is to be avoided. Proper compatibility of the mixture with final bottles material must be checked.
 

OCTANE BOOSTER GASOLINE quality is not modified during storage up to 18 months if it is subject to normal handling and storage procedures.

OCTANE BOOSTER GASOLINE presents some of the usual hazards associated to any additive or petroleum product (risk phrase H-304, H-411) and it is strongly recommended to avoid any contact with eyes and skin and not to inhale the vapours. Safety apparel (gloves, goggles) are recommended when handling the product.
