We find chains of conveyors, furnaces and driers of industries like glass, wood panel, insulation, gypsum, aluminum packaging, automobile industry, plastic film or food processing. In these industries the operating temperature of in service chain oil is in high range between +120 °C and +220 °C, can also reach very high temperatures, over 280 °C, and extreme, up to 300 °C. According on temperature stress, load and vibration, the resistance to the evaporation, the low generation of deposit and anti-wear determine the choice of lubricant.

ESTAR 250 SUPER PLUS is specially recommended in insulation and gypsum plaster industry and meets OEM Izoteh approval.

ESTAR 250 SUPER is a fluid lubricant of synthetic based ester oils, stabilized for high temperatures. This range contains special additives, extreme-pressure, anti-wear, anti-oxidation, rust and corrosion inhibitors and detergent properties. ESTAR 250 SUPER evaporates very slowly without cokefaction up to 280°C and is suitable for insulation industry and textile stenter and meets OEM's approval as Meccanica, Izoteh and Munstermann.

NEVASTANE CHAIN OIL XT is a high temperature synthetic chain oil that is NSF H1 registered, as an acceptable lubricant for incidental food contact used in the food industry.
